Kevin, originally from Iowa, grew up in his family’s successful Chinese restaurant business, learning the value of hospitality, hard work, and customer service. That business evolved into a real estate portfolio, sparking his interest in the field. Kevin later attended Oxford and London’s School of Oriental and African Studies before earning his law degree at UC Berkeley. After six years practicing law in San Francisco, he transitioned into real estate at Jonathan’s suggestion—a decision that’s proven transformational. Jonathan immigrated from the UK to Atlanta and later California, where his family was involved in real estate development. Before real estate, Jonathan worked as an EMT, paramedic, and later as a critical care rapid response nurse and respiratory therapist at UCSF, one of the world’s leading hospitals. His experience on the code response team honed his ability to stay calm and focused in high-pressure situations—an invaluable skill in the fast-paced world of real estate. With nearly half a billion dollars in real estate sales, we consistently rank among San Francisco’s top 50 agents.
