Fun facts: I bought my first San Francisco home at a garage sale—then wired it with more than 100 yards of LED lighting during its 11-month transformation. Now on my second home (with Radu the Lab), I bring that same creativity, precision, and care to helping clients buy and sell smarter.

I’m Kevin Ho, a top-producing San Francisco real estate agent, attorney, and homeowner with Vanguard Properties, the city’s largest locally owned luxury brokerage. With more than $450 million in closed sales and 15 years of experience, I combine strategy, design insight, and legal training to help clients buy and sell smarter in one of the country’s most competitive and nuanced markets. Over the past decade and a half, I’ve built one of San Francisco’s top-performing real estate practices, grounded in trust, care, and consistent results. That work continues today through Team K.Ho, the next evolution of my practice. I lead Team K.Ho with my business partner, long-time friend, and client-turned-agent Keli Wong, a Noe Valley homeowner whose perspective as both client and agent brings valuable insight to our work. Together, we’re supported by a deeply vetted network of vendors, stagers, lenders, inspectors, and escrow professionals. Every listing and transaction receives hands-on attention—from preparation and positioning to negotiation and close—guided by both our standards and each client’s priorities. Originally from Iowa City, I grew up in my family’s restaurant business, where I learned hospitality, persistence, and how details shape experience. After earning degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, the University of London (SOAS), and UC Berkeley School of Law, I practiced business and civil litigation before transitioning fully into real estate in 2010—a decision that continues to be both challenging and deeply rewarding. I’m also a two-time San Francisco homeowner. I transformed my first home from a garage-sale find into a luxury showcase in Eureka Valley, and I’m now thoughtfully customizing a second home just a few blocks away in the Eureka Valley / Noe Valley / Dolores Heights area. Those experiences give me firsthand perspective on design, renovation, budgeting, trade-offs, and the emotional side of ownership. My approach blends design rigor with clear strategy and empathy. I prepare listings with intention—lighting, layout, staging, and presentation all matter—and I advocate with the clarity and steadiness of an attorney. The goal is simple: transactions that feel informed, well-paced, and ultimately satisfying. My work has been featured in the San Francisco Chronicle, SFGATE, ABC-7, and KTVU-2. I’m also the creator of a long-running YouTube channel and Instagram presence (@kevho94110) with nearly 5,000 subscribers, where I share candid, design-minded home tours and real-world insight into San Francisco living. Rounding out the team is Radu, my black Labrador and a Guide Dogs for the Blind sire, whose primary role is helping create the next generation of exceptional guide dogs.
