Kinh DeMaree is an award-winning real estate agent and investor with over 10 years of experience in Arizona and California. She has a track record of success, from graduating from learning to make data-driven decisions when she completed business school, incorporated innovative technology when she worked in Silicon Valley at some of the best tech companies in the world, and refined her negotiation skills when she recruited people from all over the world to work with her. She was awarded a Top 40 under 40 award by Top 100 in Real Estate magazine and was featured on the cover of Life in Paradise Valley magazine as well as international publications such as US News, Business Insider, Washington Post, Yahoo Finance, and has been a presenter at conferences and universities all over the world including UC-Berkeley, MIT, and Harvard. Her areas of Focus include but aren't limited to: luxury, investment properties, new construction, 1031 exchanges, historic homes, and land sales. In her spare time, she enjoys staying spending time with her daughter and dog as well as playing pickleball, padel, tennis, and surfing.
