Hello! I have experience helping buyers and sellers in two states. I was an agent in Apple Valley, MN with Edina Realty from 2005-2010. During this time the market took a downturn and I started working with banks and asset managers to list REO homes. I listed 50+ homes as bank owned homes. I also listed short sale homes and helped people that needed to sell their home, but owed more on their home than it was worth. I had a 99% success rate selling short sales. I was very good at negotiating with the lenders. I moved to Oregon in 2020 and started seeing similar things happening in the housing market that caused the last downturn in the market. I got my real estate license in Oregon in 2021 and then got my SFR designation/certification from the NAR to list and sell REO and Short Sale homes in the current market. Some things have changed to prevent another crash. That's a good thing. I also became certified through eXp Realty to list and sell REO, RELO, and Short Sale homes. I have the experience and the current updated education required to sell these homes. Currently I work with buyers and sellers in Lane County and Linn County, plus the surrounding areas. To keep myself fully informed of the market trends in this area I educate myself daily on changes in the market. I know what areas the home values are increasing, and by how much. I also know where the home values are starting to decline. I know this area well and I know every home on the market today. I know why a home is not selling and I know how to sell a home in the first week. I even have experience helping a seller stage a home and if repairs are needed I have a guy for that. When working with home buyers I know exactly which home to show. I listen to wants and needs and I know exactly which home in the area will be perfect.
