Fun facts: My fiance and I enjoy fixing and flipping houses! Its actually fun to work together in this way! It takes patience and compromise. But we throw in some fun times with hiking, fishing and camping or skiing. Make life great! Right?

I have had a varied career. I studied agricultural soils in college. Then when first married, I worked in trucking. I have always kept my CDL license and used in over the years either driving over the road or in various jobs. Throw in there my work as a florist just out of college and for many years working in a few shops and then owning my own flower business. I raised my son and homeschooled him while taking a career break. I then owned a cleaning business for many years. There has always been interest in real estate from my beginnings with the Carlton Sheets and Robert Kiyosaki real estate investing programs available many years ago. I have bought and sold several properties and always made a nice profit. I studied the foreclosure market very closely for many years. Through my learning and buying and selling real estate I have come to realize there are many reasons people need to sell and move or get out of a property. I have a heart for these reasons and would like to build a following where people can trust that I can help them through their real estate challenges. There are many answers to the real estate puzzle and not every answer is to sell a property for retail price. I have worked to build relationships with investors and lending agencies so that there are many options for a seller when they need to sell. I look forward to being an agent that can listen and help people make the best decision for their property.
