The home buying and selling processes can be overwhelming, and having an agent to guide you through every step can alleviate the stress of these very important decisions. Anyone's first major decision should be choosing an agent who will advocate for them, and I would be honored to be that Realtor for you! I am a Colorado native, originally from the beautiful little town of Mancos which can be found in the southwest corner of the state. I have one son who is my entire world! I love experiencing everything that life has to offer, and I have a passion for the outdoors, but when the Colorado weather insists on keeping me indoors, I love to bake and work on home projects! My previous fifteen-year employment as a Field Office Manager for the oil and gas industry provided me with training, knowledge and experience in time-management, leadership, problem-solving and most importantly - empathy for others. My business is based on adding value to every life and situation that I encounter. Throughout the years, I have learned how to listen and understand how each person is unique, and that actually ‘hearing’ what is needed is essential to creating a completely synergistic transaction. With my additional Military and Veteran Housing certification, Seller's Representative Specialist designation, Pricing Strategy Analyst designation, and Certified Negotiation Expert designation, I have had the honor and opportunity to provide many clients with the dedication, expertise and guidance that they deserve. Even though I have personal and professional experience with buying and selling homes, my belief is that continuing to seek knowledge is paramount to providing world-class customer service.
