Lida is amazing! Sold our home of 15 years about 3 weeks after "buying season" started. It took a lot of work to get it ready and, bless her soul, Lida did most of it. From replacing flashing to installing a wine fridge, her deep bench if contractors got it done at a fraction of what it'd cost me.
