Fun facts: Alongside selling SF real estate, I'm Founding Partner and Real Estate AI Strategist at Maira (trymaira.app), an AI platform built specifically for agents. I'm not a technologist. I'm a working agent with two decades of SF experience, and that's the lens I bring to building it.

I've been selling real estate in The City since 2006. I started at Zephyr Real Estate, where I was named Rookie of the Year and rose to Top Producer, and joined Vanguard Properties in 2024 - drawn to its independence, its integrity, and the fact that it operates like a human company in an industry that frequently does not. Today I lead the Luba Muzichenko Group at Vanguard, working with buyers, sellers, and investors across San Francisco. San Francisco isn't just where I sell homes. It IS home. I was born in what is now Ukraine and arrived in The City at age two. I grew up in the Richmond District, left Lowell High School early, earned my hospitality management degree from USF, and spent my first career in hotels. After 9/11 reshaped that industry, I pivoted into real estate, which turned out to be exactly where I was supposed to be. My approach is deliberate and occasionally inconvenient. I'll tell you what not to buy, flag what doesn't add up, and push back when something feels off. My brain is wired for pattern recognition - I've been a Mensa member long enough that it stopped feeling like a party trick - and it shows in how I read a market, a deal, or a room. The goal is always long-term success, not short-term wins. If you want someone who will only tell you what you want to hear, I'm probably not your person. I hold the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designations, am a graduate of Ninja Selling, and a member of Who's Who in Luxury Real Estate, Luxury Portfolio International, LUXESF, and the Top Agent Network. Outside of work, I serve on the board of Beyond Rescue and foster dogs year-round. On Saturdays you'll find me at Pet Food Express in Stonestown, keeping an eye out for the right match between a dog and the person who wandered in not quite knowing why. My home contains more plants than is strictly necessary, a collection of tattoos in progress, and the kind of productive chaos that comes from caring about a lot of things at once.
