Raised on the Northwest Side within the Greek community, she enjoys discovering the best of Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Her reputation is one of exceptional, personalized service and she takes great pride in her long-standing professional relationships. As a real estate investor herself, Maria brings a refined understanding of the financial landscape behind every real estate decision. Her experience serving as an HOA Board President overseeing both residential and commercial matters further elevates her perspective. With firsthand knowledge of governance, negotiating service contracts, budgeting, reserve studies, and bylaws; Maria understands the details that protect property values and prevent costly surprises in community living. This rare insight allows her to guide clients with clarity and confidence. Maria has recently closed on multiple homes in Park Ridge, Chicago and surrounding suburbs, with several more under contract. She is known for her direct yet comforting communication style, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to going above and beyond. Maria serves on the Board of Trustees at the Hellenic American Academy, is a member of the Old Irving Park Association and served on the Associate Board for Chicago Scholars from 2020-2023.
