Mariah Naella || The Shino Group 💫 Mariah blends vision and practicality in her role as a real estate broker. With years of experience as a multifamily property owner and manager, she understands real estate from the inside out ~ how value is assessed and how to recognize potential others might overlook. She earned an interdisciplinary B.A. in Marketing | Art + Design and built a wide-ranging foundation in creative direction, brand strategy, hospitality, and photography. Whether preparing a listing to stand out or helping buyers / renters move forward with confidence, she works to understand priorities and make the process seamless. Her approach is rooted in a genuine appreciation for aesthetics, the lasting value of real estate, and the personal significance of where and how people choose to live. Mariah has called Chicago home for nearly two decades and now lives in Oak Park with her husband and son. She keeps a saltwater aquarium at home, loves exploring the city by motorcycle, is involved with the local organic community garden, and will happily swap restaurant picks or music recommendations between showings or at a blackjack table. From the lakefront and green spaces to the vibrant art scene and global eats in every neighborhood, she appreciates what makes Chicago and the surrounding suburbs so special.
