I am thrilled to be part of the Chicago community! As a father, property owner, and investor, I would welcome the opportunity to earn a spot as your "go-to" real estate advisor. My business is built on my unique brand, The Active Realtor, which combines my love of real estate, my community involvement & philanthropic efforts, and my active lifestyle! My career began in 2015 and within my first year, I was awarded the prestigious Chicago Real Estate's "Rookie of the Year" Award. It is an award recognizing a new agent for sales, performance, and commitment to client excellence. By 2017, I had earned his place in the top 3%, company wide, for Baird & Warner- a company with over 2,800 residential real estate agents. During the past 8 years, I completed over 175 successful transactions with a combined sales volume of over $100,000,000 million. Active In Market Through hard work, honestly, and hustle for each of my clients, I'm honored to be in the top 1% of sales at Baird & Warner company-wide. Active In Community My community has given me so much. Hosting free community events throughout the year is one way I can give something back! Another way I give back is by donating a bike to World Bicycle Relief organization for every 3 home sales I complete. I have already donated dozens of bikes and don't intend on slowing down any time soon! Active In Lifestyle For me, being active extends to every area of my life. Whether it's leisurely biking, competitively participating in IRONMAN triathlons, or just enjoying the outdoors and local parks with my family, I love to get out and be...that's right, you guessed it...ACTIVE!
