With a strong background in business strategy, Maureen McGinley looks at each real estate transaction as part of the strategy for building a real estate wealth base. She tries to steer young couples looking for their first condo toward properties that will increase in value and make great rental properties when they move up. Moving up, a house in a nice and increasingly popular neighborhood makes sense because single family homes are scarce and demand is growing. And even though the rental restrictions in SF are daunting, there are opportunities to make good investments in multifamily and commercial properties. Maureen's focus on wealth building and helping clients tailor their real estate holdings to the needs of their lifestyles, increasingly helps clients purchase income properties to provide income in the years they will need positive cash flow to fund their children's education and their own retirement. She is currently checking out opportunities in areas like Santa Cruz, Santa Rosa, Sacramento and many areas in the greater Bay Area. Maureen has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and History from Carnegie Mellon University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh. With over 30 years of business experience including nearly 20 years in real estate investing, Maureen is uniquely qualified to deliver sound advice for your next purchase or property sale.
