Maya has always worked in small businesses, both in customer service and team management, and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management. One part she particularly loves about the business world is building genuine, trusting relationships with her team and her clientele. Initially, Maya joined the Landing Collective team as an executive assistant and then became a Certified Transaction Coordinator to get a better understanding of all aspects of the industry. One thing she specifically loved about Landing Collective was the tie the team had to our military. Her grandfather is a retired Sergeant who served in the US Army during WW2, so she has a special place in her heart for our amazing military and the sacrifices they make to provide our freedom. She couldn’t have found a more perfect fit within this Veteran-owned team that specializes in relocation services and VA investing! Maya’s extensive experience in all aspects of real estate led her to become Landing Collective’s Operations Officer and partner in the business. She specializes in building relationships, systems, and protocols for the team as well as being a key advisor to her real estate clients and all LCRES team members. This role has allowed the perfect combination of her passions for real estate, business, and getting to have genuine, trusting relationships with others.
