A native of Marin County and member of the exclusive Marin Platinum Group (Top 100 Agents) and Top Agent Network (Top 10% Marin Agents), Megan is passionate about real estate. Her success in the industry is attributed to perseverance and a solid sales background, enhanced by her eye for detail and sharp negotiating skills. She has received numerous awards from the beginning of her career as Rookie of the Year to currently being ranked in the Top 1% of Realtors in Marin County and recently awarded the distinction of "America's Best Real Estate Professionals" recognizing the top 1/2 of 1% of Realtors nationwide by REAL Trends. Megan brings more than two decades of sales and business experience to her real estate career. She previously worked as a sales executive and account manager in the high tech industry and was also a top-producer in advertising sales. Her experience in on-line marketing and advertising contributes to her effective marketing strategy, gaining maximum exposure for her clients'​ properties. Megan believes that listening closely to clients’ needs and being committed to providing the best service possible are keys to smooth transactions. She also has an extensive network of resources available, including stagers, painters, contractors, and landscapers who can assist her clients to achieve the highest value for their homes. When representing buyers, Megan works tirelessly to find properties that best fit their criteria, and supports them through the entire home buying process. She contributes a portion of her commission to Home for a Home, volunteers for Bloom, Sparkle Foundation, as well as her children's school and serves as a committee member for Marin Country Club. Megan loves to hike, read and spend any free time with her husband and two children.
