I would not recommend working with Melvin Yates based on my recent experience. Unfortunately, the customer service was terrible, and communication was nearly nonexistent. I constantly had to reach out to get updates and answers to my questions, which were often ignored or delayed for days.On top ...

Melvin, was very informative and very professional. He made choosing a house very easy by sending me a listing daily. He made sure there was an agent available for whenever I was ready to look at various house throughout the area. I found the perfect house for my needs, thanks to him and his team.
