Fun facts: Trained in martial arts for 30+ years, I retired in 2016 as a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. I love treasure hunting in Lake Michigan and have found lots of great stuff over the years; recovering/returning lost jewelry is a thrill. Ask me about the Cubs and Game 5 of the World Series!
My philosophy and approach to the real estate business is to serve, guide and create long-term relationships. My experience in the Chicago area real estate market allowed me early-on to quickly identify the need for an elevated level of service, before, during and after the sale. With professional coaching through Buffini and Company since 2001, I’ve implemented this philosophy of relationship based selling every day. I understand that my clients' complete satisfaction determines my livelihood; so, while most Realtors spend the majority of their time looking for new business and their next prospect, I spend all of my time and resources serving my current and past clients. My goal is to turn every client into an advocate. Many real estate professionals take a transactional approach to sales; identifying clients, closing the deal, and then moving on to the next one. I choose work exclusively by referral because I believe my clients deserve more from the Realtor they decide to work with. Since my primary source of new business is referrals from people who know and trust me, I devote all of my time, energy, and resources to serving my clients’ needs before, during, and after each real estate transaction through my Client Appreciation Program.
