I'm Michelle Gruner and I was born and raised right here in NC. I've lived in Wake County for 50 years so I know the area very well. If you are selling your home, I showcase your home with the use of photos, video, drone footage, and I list it on 56 different platforms (not just 4 or 5) in order to help you sell quickly and get top dollar! If you are buying a home, I can help you find the perfect location that is the best for you and your family. I like to consider myself as having a servant’s heart. From serving our country in the Army, to being a teacher, then a travel agent, and now a realtor, I’ve had a long career path of serving others. It’s so rewarding to me to be able to bring joy to other people’s lives and be a part of their lifelong memories. I treat all of my clients like family and would do the same for you as I would for my own parents if they were buying or selling a home.
