With a background in investment real estate and a successful career in Supply Chain Operations at Intuit, Minna pairs data-driven strategy with a people-first mindset. Her analytical approach, combined with her collaborative spirit, consistently yields exceptional results and fosters lasting relationships. With over a decade of hands-on experience in investment properties and remodeling, Minna offers clients a distinct advantage: deep expertise in evaluating renovation potential and identifying hidden costs. Her project management background and trusted vendor network empower buyers to make smart, informed decisions, transforming ordinary transactions into long-term investments. Minna has spent the last decade as part of a high-performing real estate team and brings over 25 years of combined experience in sales, financial services, real estate, construction, and technology. She’s known for her relentless work ethic and dedication to teamwork, living by the African proverb: "If you want to go fast, go alone. If you want to go far, go together." A proud native of San Francisco, Minna is raising her two children in the city she loves. Outside of real estate, she enjoys discovering new corners of the Bay Area with her family and their Shiba Inu, Marie Mahal. Travel, cultural exploration, and lifelong learning are central to her life. Minna’s personal resilience defines her just as much as her professional strength. In 2021, she was diagnosed with breast cancer and bravely underwent chemotherapy and a double mastectomy at UCSF. After a difficult hospitalization in 2022, she emerged stronger, embracing a lifestyle grounded in wellness, spirituality, and gratitude. Today, she thrives through daily pilates, cardio, and strength training, choosing to make every day meaningful. Deeply committed to giving back, Minna has served as a certified educator with the Alzheimer’s Association and as an Ambassador for the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. She is also a proud USF parent and regularly hosts Wealth-Building Seminars for alumni, families, and friends of the University of San Francisco. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Global Business Management from the University of Phoenix. Fun fact: Minna once worked for Mercedes-Benz ask her about it!
