Moe Hannon began her real estate career in residential sales and leasing in 2019 - although her love for real estate began years earlier. Moe was born and raised in Wheaton, IL, before moving to Omaha, Nebraska to study business at Creighton University. Upon graduating, Moe returned back to Chicago to pursue her dream of participating in a year of service. It was through this year spent working with the homeless that Moe developed her passion for real estate. She gained first hand knowledge of how the impact of not having a home can affect one's emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health. To be a part of someone's journey in finding a home, and ultimately helping them find safety and security is one of Moe’s greatest joys. Over the years, Moe has come to call Cabo San Lucas, Mexico her second home. She adores the rich Mexican culture, the street food, and the warm sunny beaches! Knowing all of the amazing aspects Cabo has to offer, in 2022, Moe took her real estate passion and services international! Moe is proud to help her clients fulfill their dreams of moving to such a special country. Moe is proud to hold the following designations: Luxury Home Certification, Seller Representative Specialist, Accredited Buyer Specialist, and REALTORS® Commitment to Excellence. In her free time, Moe enjoys volunteering at St. James Food Pantry, sitting on the associate board for NAMI DuPage, reading, playing board games, and traveling. Moe donates a percentage of each quarter's earnings to 4 different and incredibly deserving local charities. As a Chicago native, specifically the Western suburbs, her areas of expertise include: Elmhurst, Wheaton, Glen Ellyn, Lisle, Oak Brook, Lombard, Villa Park, South Loop and more. In Mexico, her areas of expertise span the souther tip of Baja California Sur. Moe is known for her passion for serving others, drive, professionalism, and quick wit!
