EXPERIENCE/RESULTS Nancy is a native Midwesterner who has lived in a variety of eclectic Chicago neighborhoods since 1994 and has more than 22 years of experience as a Chicago Realtor, making her well versed in the Chicago real estate market. For the past several years, she has helped her sellers outperform her competitors, ranking her in the top echelon of Realtors in the Chicago Association of Realtors (CAR), as well as a top agent within @properties, Christy's International Real Estate, the #1 brokerage firm in Chicago. SPECIALIZATION Chicago is a complex, hyper-local & dynamic market. Nancy combines her insider, up-to-the-minute knowledge, her resourcefulness and focus on exceptional client service with her calming personality and positive outlook, garnering her clients the best possible terms while providing a relaxed and stress-free experience. Her clients often describe her as having the patience of a saint combined with a bubbly personality. With a downtown focus, her specialty is Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, and North Center, Bucktown & Wicker Park & Ukrainian Village, as well as the West Loop, Logan Square, Lincoln Square, Margate Park, Uptown, Edgewater and the South Loop, to name a few. ABOUT NANCY Nancy graduated from Florida State University in Tallahassee, where she earned a four-year scholarship and was captain of the women's volleyball team. She compares her relationship with her clients like that of a teammate, working together to create a successful outcome. Sports are still her passion and in her free time she paddle boards just a few blocks from her home near the lakefront, plays tennis, loves her kettlebell training and plays competitive platform tennis on a Series 1 team. She & her husband love to take their rescue dog Radar to the beach. Nancy always enjoys a challenge and it's the same competitive spirit she brings to her athletic endeavors that fuels her success in real estate.
