Hi, My name is Nav Khela, I am a Real Estate Agent, Entrepreneur, 3x ICON Agent, Team Leader, and Certified Coach with eXp Realty. “Ownership is everything! eXp Realty is not just another brokerage to hang your license and sell homes, it is a movement to create financial freedom and legacy for realtors and their families!!” I started my real estate career in 2012 in Fraser Valley, British Columbia Canada. I believe failure rate is very high in our industry because of lack of training, tools and mentorship. As a new agent I struggled a lot in early years of my career. But I was very persistent and passionate about learning, coaching and reading about our industry and it helped me to build a growth mindset. After 2015 market shift, I started selling a lot of homes working almost 7 days a week, because I was hungry. I kept doing this for next 4 years and I felt exhausted and burnt out. I asked myself these questions – How long I will be living the life a busy salesman? Is there any retirement for a real estate agent? Is there any way to get out of this sales treadmill? Is there any passive income for realtors so that they can have more freedom? In September 2019 when I looked at eXp model, it gave me all the answers I was looking for. Thanks to Glenn Sanford (Founder of eXp Realty) for creating this amazing win-win platform. In eXp Realty, realtors become equity owners of the company and can have multiple income streams. With the help of great mentors they can expand and build their business as much as they want. This model has given financial and time freedom to many agents worldwide. Today my life is completely changed, I built Aspire Real Estate Team with the help of my mentors in 2020 and it is one of the top 1% teams in our board. I am giving back to our realtor community by mentoring and helping hundreds of agents. I feel proud that I am able to help so many agents to create their teams and also achiever ICON awards, and I am an active member of eXp’s Canadian Agent Advisory Council (CAAC).
