Nina Dosanjh is a brokerage executive whose career sits at the intersection of real estate operations, technology innovation, and policy advocacy. As Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Vanguard Properties, she leads strategic operations for 17 offices and over 500 agents, managing technology and operational budgets, technology infrastructure, and risk management systems that keeps the brokerage competitive in a rapidly changing market. A recognized industry leader, Nina has served in key governance roles across the REALTOR® ecosystem, including President of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® (SFAR), President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® (WCR), SF, MLS Policy Vice-Chair for California Association of REALTORS® and is the current Vice-Chair of Brokerage Advisory Group for the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO), she serves in advisory positions with Realtor Property Resource (RPR), and an inaugural member of the PropTech advisory board for Lone Wolf Technologies. Her influence extends to shaping national policy, having testified before Congress on federal data privacy frameworks and representing the REALTOR® voice in critical industry and legislative discussions.
