After obtaining her Accounting degree from Santa Clara University, Nini commenced her career as an auditor at Deloitte, where she gained valuable experience in data analytics, detailed communication, and client service. Later, Nini seized the opportunity to join the San Francisco Builder Division of Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2006, where she continued to grow and excel even through the 2008 financial crisis. In 2014, Nini pursued her passion for dance and fitness by creating Avant-Barre, a highly-regarded independent group fitness studio. Her drive, creativity, and leadership qualities helped establish Avant-Barre as the #1 fitness studio in San Francisco. In 2017, Nini partnered with her husband Kevin to form a formidable team that has reshaped the San Francisco real estate landscape. The knowledge she has gained in her past roles help her create an incredible real estate experience for her clients, but it is her invaluable knowledge of mortgage lending that gives her the keen insight into the financial intricacies of a real estate transaction which gives her clients an unfair advantage in both buyer and seller negotiations.
