My path into real estate is built on a foundation of business, strategy, and client advocacy. After earning my undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and completing graduate studies at a leading business school in London, I spent more than a decade in corporate America working with healthcare organizations and enterprise clients to solve complex operational and financial challenges. That experience shaped my analytical approach, negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering results. Today, I bring that same mindset to both commercial and residential real estate throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. My experience spans investment sales, retail properties, office assets, owner-user acquisitions, residential transactions, and investment opportunities. I work closely with business owners, investors, buyers, and sellers to identify opportunities, navigate due diligence, and create strategies that align with their long-term goals. One of my recent transactions involved representing the buyer in the acquisition of a fully leased retail property in Batavia, Illinois, anchored by Visionworks and Manning & Silverman. The transaction required extensive financial analysis, lease review, due diligence coordination, lender communication, and negotiation to successfully bring the deal to closing. Whether advising a first-time homebuyer, helping an investor evaluate a commercial acquisition, or assisting a business owner with a strategic real estate decision, I focus on delivering clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and a seamless client experience. I believe successful real estate transactions are built on trust, preparation, and a deep understanding of each client's objectives.
