Originally from Tunisia, Rihab “Ray” Hajlaoui brings a global perspective and a strong academic foundation to real estate. After moving to Maryland, she earned a graduate degree in Humanities , complementing her later studies in Pre Med. This diverse educational background sharpened her communication, problem solving, and analytical skills; qualities she now uses daily to guide clients through negotiations, educate homebuyers and sellers, and market properties with precision. Real estate runs in Ray’s family. Through her family’s contracting business, she has been closely involved in home renovations, fix and flip projects, and the BRRR method for rental investments. This hands on experience not only deepened her knowledge of construction and design but also gave her an investor’s mindset. She understands what truly adds value to a property, helping her clients; whether they’re first time buyers, move up buyers, or seasoned investors, make the smartest financial decisions possible. In Rays early real estate career she took the time to be mentored by two of the top agents in her brokerage that sold over $40M in real esate to gain even more knowlege about the industry. She then became apart of the #1 team in the DMV region, and now uses those learned skills to be known for delivering exceptional client service and results.
