Robert brings over fourteen years of relationship-driven client service to Vanguard Properties. He’s committed to staying on top of current market conditions so he can always speak to each nuance of the San Francisco market. As a real estate advisor, he believes the only way to maintain a thriving referral business is with integrity, honesty, hard work and friendliness. If you do this, your clients’ needs and interests will always come before yours. Originally from Ottawa, Canada, Robert and his wife relocated nine years ago for a new adventure in the Bay Area. As a homeowner in Noe Valley, as well as a landlord now, Robert knows what his clients go through in a real estate transaction and why clear communication and a common understanding of his clients goals is the key to their success. When he’s not helping clients or at home, Robert and his wife are out discovering sushi restaurants they haven’t tried, or up in wine country. But he’s never too busy to sit down with a new client and discuss their real estate goals.
