I am a local Realtor who has real estate in my heritage. I learned the value of owning real estate firsthand from my father in Mexico as he conducted his own real estate business. Since I moved from Monterrey, Mexico, over 20 years ago, I have called Chicago my home. I have begun creating my family legacy, marrying my husband, Jim, raising our two beautiful daughters, Jenny and Anna, living and owning a home in Arlington Heights, and helping run my husband's business in Chicago. I have a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design & Marketing from CEDIM. She spent over a decade in fashion design, creating custom clothing for tailoring and evening wear. The years spent working in design and textiles have allowed me to add touches to homes and stage them for a more efficient sale. After running my own fashion business in Mexico and assisting with my husband's business here in the U.S., I can effectively negotiate contracts, obtain favorable terms and outcomes when buying and selling, and manage all the details, regardless of how complex a transaction is.
