Long ongoing relationships are the reason I love this job so much. Being able to see someone's face light up as I hand them the keys to their very first house is what gets me up in the morning. The real "work" of my job is not just showing houses, it is making sure that every deal gets to the finish line. I have a team of equally dedicated people behind me, making sure that happens.
