Hello! My name is Samantha Nierop. I'm a proud Texan living in Clearwater, Florida. I call both places home and I'm a licensed Realtor for both States. I love helping others and this has been the guiding principle throughout my professional career. From the many years I spent in social betterment work through the years I worked with my husband running our Real Estate Marketing firm, I have always found that the right way to do business is to listen to my clients, understand their concerns and do everything possible to facilitate a solution. Having invested in real estate for the past 18 years and owning multiple vacation rentals I know many of the challenges that face both the homeowner as well as the home buyer or renter. I also know that having someone trustworthy on your side while making decisions that dramatically affect your life is invaluable. I have had the great fortune to count as my friends some great Real Estate agents who steered me safely through complex property transactions. My wish is to pay this forward and help others.
