My name is Samuel Ciochon with the Chicago Home Partner Team at @properties. Most people hate talking about themselves, so I will keep this short and sweet. Our clients value our approach more than anything. I'm one of only a select few agents that studied Real Estate Economics & Finance from Chicago's own UIC. My career started in 2009 during the Great Recession, which was a learning curve in and of itself. Now we apply over 15 years of experience helping hundreds of clients navigate the Chicago Real Estate Market. Our approach is simple - consultive.
