Santiago went above and beyond to help us sell our home. Even though we were in a different state, we trusted him completely and didn’t need to be there in person. His attention to detail, work ethic, and ability to handle everything remotely made all the difference. Plus, his warm and approachab...

About
Fun facts: Real estate is fun for me! I've worked just about every kind of crazy transaction and situation. It still boils down to people and doing my best to emphasize with their wants and needs.
Hi! I am a broker-associate in the greater Los Angeles / Orange County area of Southern California, based in Long Beach. I've always had an affinity toward real estate - I took Principles of Real Estate at UCLA and later took Real Estate Appraisal. I invested in properties, and found I enjoyed the process. My realtor was extremely helpful, and I respected her work ethic. When I decided to become a realtor, I wanted to emulate her positive and informative manner. Over these years, I learned to value the client as a person and to not be so transactional. I don't aspire to be a "top producing agent," churning out deals, but to be involved with my clients and to help them. 85% of my business is from past clients and sphere of influence. I became a broker in 2021 and now teach the purchase contract, train newer agents on a coaching basis, serve on the Grievance Committee (ethics) for my local board of realtors, and serve in the Professional Standards tribunal, hearing arguments against and between realtors. Specialties: I've been exposed to just about every kind of transaction for buyers, sellers, investors and some commercial transactions, ranging from first-time homebuyers, relocation, 55+, short sales and multi-unit deals. I am fluent in Spanish, which makes up about 30% of my business. In all cases I work so that the clients' goals are accomplished and that it's a win-win for clients and both realtors.
