Sara is a native Marylander who is passionate about guiding others on their journey to financial freedom. A REALTOR© on the District Invest Group of RLAH Real Estate, she also co-hosts the DC Real Estate Podcast and DC investors meetup. She uses her expertise in midterm rentals, househacking, and creative financing to serve investors and the investor-minded client. She was recently named the Greater Capital Area Association of Realtors (GCAAR) 2023 Rookie of the Year. Prior to becoming a realtor, Sara was an analyst and project manager for two commercial real estate developers in the DMV and also served on the Young Leaders Group (YLG) of the Urban Land Institute’s (ULI) Washington DC chapter.
