Fun facts: Born and raised in Chicago! Mom to three girls! Been in the real estate business since I was a kid!

As a Chicago native, and being a part of the real estate industry my entire life, I recognize and value my clients needs by making it a priority to strive every day in order to exceed their expectations. Real estate is in my blood, my mother (Linda England) would bring me with her to work when I was a child. I would willingly do mailing lists, eavesdrop on how to master negotiating and most importantly, I learned how to make a real estate transaction as easy as possible for a client. Years later, her and Frank Maguire became a team, widely known as the Maguire & England Team. Fast forward to today, I have been in the real estate business for over 20 years now and have been recognized as a #1 top producing team at Baird & Warner, bringing in over $400 million in sales. Real estate is much more than just finding the right place, it’s about finding what feels right, safe and like home! As a mother Growing up and now raising a family in Chicago, I have lived in many neighborhoods (Rogers Park, Edgewater, Logan Square and more). This gives me background with living in certain areas and personal experience. Being a part of the community and attending Chicago Public Schools myself (and now my kids attend) allows me to further assist my clients when considering a good school district for their children. I want the process to be easy for my clients and I utilize a team of professional service providers to assist with my clients buying and selling needs, including stagers, painters, attorneys, inspectors and contractors. To me, real estate is more than just a transaction but a milestone in my clients life and I love being with them through every step of the way.
