Fun facts: In addition to being a top-tier Real Estate Expert, Scott is also a singer/songwriter (performed with some big names), a competitive spearfisherman, a licensed Master Captain, and proud papa to 4 kids (grown and gone), 2 dogs, 2 ducks, and about 90,000 Italian honeybees.

I've called the Tampa Bay area home for most of my life, attending school in Tarpon Springs from elementary through high school (GO SPONGERS) and then on to college at USF (GO BULLS!) Having lived between Tarpon Springs and Crystal Beach since 1994, I've developed a passion for our coastal communities and living.
