Séamus Brennan got his real estate start in 2016 with the MG Group of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices before moving to @properties in 2018 with Chris McComas of McComas Residential. In February of 2025, Séamus joined Stephen + Ryan of Keller Williams ONEChicago. Séamus' success is rooted in working with clients who have varying needs at every price point. His thorough knowledge of Chicago's housing market allows him to properly advise first-time buyers seeking the ideal neighborhood or families looking to sell, and find their dream single family homes in the city or suburbs. Séamus has a vast network of real estate contacts and his diverse client base enables him to meet the challenges of today's volatile market place. Séamus especially loves working with first-time home buyers and has hosted many first-time homebuying seminars. Before focusing on real estate full time, Séamus was a restaurant manager in Forest Park and a door-to-door salesman for Comcast throughout Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. Séamus lives in the West Loop with his girlfriend Hannah and dog Lucky. He's a disgruntled White Sox, Bulls and Bears fan.
