Shelby has been licensed since 1997. She has navigated through the ups and downs of the market over the years doing traditional real estates, then short sales and even a top producing REO agent for Freddie Mac where she managed 100 listings of inventory at a time. Her passion is the traditional business of helping families obtain homeownership. Over the years she has had many pillars in her business which include Zillow, Realtor.com, pay per click, open houses, sign calls, door knocking, farming and past client/ referrals. Today 70% of her business is past client/ referrals. The most rewarding part of real estate is having a client write a review and/or send you a referral because you did an amazing job for them. This is what makes all the hard work worth it! When Shelby is not working, she enjoys spending time with her four beautiful children. They are her big Why in life!
