Born and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, I am not what you would consider a "girlie girl" even though I was raised to have southern charm to match this beautiful town. I enjoy getting my hands dirty from time to time, changing my own oil, rotating my tires and working on my vehicles. I'm blessed to be a mother to two amazing sons and two amazing daughters, which has given me the drive and determination to be better each day and to lead by example putting others first. With the nickname of "Ms. Hollywood" given to me by my grandparents, I always knew I was born to shine. I could not help but try to entertain and make sure at every family event that people were laughing and creating memories. I knew the nickname was not given to me because they thought I would be famous, but instead it meant to give it my all no matter what I was doing in life: to be put-together and organized (and maybe a little OCD), to always continue learning and growing, to always try my hardest and be the best that I could be--to be my own version of "Hollywood". I absolutely love people and how different all of us are. I enjoy seeing what others do well and learning from them. I thrive on seeing others reach their dreams, which is what brought me to being a Realtor. I find the same joy and excitement that I used to get entertaining family, every time I work with a new client. Real estate is a passion of mine because I find no greater satisfaction than helping families create forever memories by assisting in one of the greatest decisions in their life. Buying or selling a home for me is personal. I realize this is not just a transaction, this is where my clients might start a family, share holidays together, and create forever memories with the people who truly matter and mean the most. The passion I have for my clients to see them achieve a dream of owning a home, or selling a home to move on toward a new journey in life is why I have developed such a love for real estate. Interacting and negotiating with other agents is different during every transaction and a challenge I thoroughly enjoy. Making sure my client's needs and expectations are fully met is my number one goal, no matter the situation at hand.
