At the time, she was working on the corporate side of real estate with Baird & Warner, training and supporting agents. That experience gave her a unique behind-the-scenes understanding of the industry and confirmed what she loved most — helping people navigate meaningful change. She ultimately combined her counseling background, business experience, and passion for service into a thriving real estate career.
