Realtor Steph Zentmyer has a passion for helping others in all areas of her life, and that shows in the commitment to her community having lived in the western suburbs the past 16 years. She has affiliated with Town Center Realty out of their Plainfield / Joliet office working with buyers, sellers, investors and renters as well. Her unique set of tools are a big asset to her clients, including Zenlist (giving access to off-market, preview, and “coming soon” listings not available on the major portals) as well as her digital buyer and seller guides, community events, and strong emphasis on educating consumers on the process of investing in real estate. Steph thoroughly enjoys supporting small local businesses and shops across Plainfield and Shorewood, and welcomes the opportunity to network with like-minded entrepreneurs who love our community as much as she does. Having lived in the area on and off much of her life, she graduated from Joliet Central High School before duty called. Her husband was 2 years active in the Navy and then 8 years in the Reserves, so she is well-versed in military moves in our nation’s service. She is no stranger or newbie to real estate, having worked in the admin side of the business since 2012 dealing with all types of duties from technology to transactions and agent support. Steph is the mom of two adorable children, one in middle school and the other in preschool. As a parent she has a deep understanding of our education system and is an advocate for special needs kids and moms because she is one herself. She is here as a support system and fellow community member with ASD children. You can find Steph regularly supporting our special needs moms or other moms dealing with a crisis, because she knows what it’s like going through a tough time and feeling alone working with Autism–and how it relates to home, school, extracurriculars and beyond.
