Born in 1969 in Bayshore, New York, Stephen Gardner, Jr embarked on a journey that would weave him into the rich tapestry of the Greater Daytona Beach community. An early move to Florida saw him attending Port Orange Elementary on Dunlawton Avenue, followed by Sacred Heart Elementary in New Smyrna Beach. It was at Father Lopez High School that he crossed paths with his high school sweetheart, Heather. Stephen's academic pursuits led him to Western Carolina University, where he not only earned a BSBA but also became an integral part of Pi Kappa Phi. His roles as pledge trainer, social chairman, and Vice President in the fraternity laid the foundation for his leadership skills. After graduating, Stephen joined the family business at Allandale Garden Center and Florist. He married Heather Scott during his time there, and they are now proud parents of two daughters, Hannah and Lauren. In 2004, he transitioned to the real estate realm with Watson Realty Corp in Port Orange, a move that marked the beginning of a distinguished career. Having witnessed the evolution of the Greater Daytona Beach area from dirt roads to bustling developments, Stephen's knowledge and extensive network make him a standout real estate professional. His tenure at Watson Realty Corp saw him consistently achieving multi-million-dollar Top Producer status, garnering numerous awards for his excellence. In 2019, Stephen embraced new horizons by joining the dynamic team at Exp Realty LLC, a rapidly growing company that provided him with opportunities to expand his real estate business further. Beyond his professional achievements, Stephen is deeply rooted in the community. A passionate supporter of the Florida Gators, he served as the past president and remains a board member of the Volusia County Gator Club. His connection to water activities, from swimming for the Daytona Beach Swim Association to surfing near Wilbur By The Sea, reflects his love for the coastal lifestyle. An avid boater on the Spruce Creek, Stephen enjoys backwater and offshore fishing. Real estate isn't just a job for Stephen; it's a fulfilling passion.
