As a seasoned real estate investor, landlord, and former Loan Originator with over $100 million in new originations, Steve brings a wealth of experience and energy to the table. From a value-add vision to financing to closing, Steve has the tool-belt to support his clients in all aspects of the home buying process. Originally from the East Coast, Steve ventured to the Bay Area in 2015 after spending five years in Jackson Hole. He fell in love with the Bay Area for its endless outdoor activities and like-minded adventure enthusiasts. When he's not busy helping clients find their dream homes, Steve is an active member of the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition and can often be found on group rides with SFBC and Rapha - Fatcake. Steve is also a proud alumnus of the University of Virginia and was a member of the 2006 Men’s Lacrosse National Championship team. As a former team athlete, Steve prides himself not only on his integrity and work ethic but also on his ability to add essential value to his client relationships.
