As a full time dedicated Realtor with Baird and Warner’s Naperville office for 14 years helping local sellers and buyer’s doesn’t feel like work making it easy to be dedicated 24/7 to my client’s. I realized early on that I was obsessed with real estate when my close friends joked with me saying Susan tell us one more story about real estate or when I helped a client secure a home contract on my BIRTHDAY and I remarked, I sold a house on my birthday what a great gift!” Life if all about perspective and my positive energic work ethic, thinking outside of the box and going above and beyond offering my clients an extraordinary experience is an advantage for my clients especially in 2021 and 2022 seller’s market. 2021 & 2022 was my highest career sales year helping 80 clients buy and sell homes leading to over $35,000,000 in sales. Listings are my passion and when a seller hires me to represent their home the first question I ask is what did you love about your home when purchasing? This question inspires the heart of the listing, and I get to work on restyling the home with staging, coordinating professional elite photography, drone photos for an arial view, professional videography which tells a story, floor plans, eloquent descriptions and unique social media ads. Since I am not on a team,I am the direct contact for my clients which is very powerful in this fast paced market- I don’t wait for things to happen I make things happen! Negotiations during a sale is of optimal importance and since I work with listings and buyers I am able to help my buyers with the psychology behind the offers helping you navigate and “win” the house of your dreams sometimes out of 15 – 20 offers! I have an outstanding strong reliable support team of professionals that I know I can count on for every transaction to be on point- including my preferred lender, attorney, photographer, general contract and stager. I created a support team all on their A game and that didn’t happen overnight, it has taken a culmination of 10 years to find the best and stay with the best in the industry. Through the years I have purchased and listed my own personal homes several times putting myself in the shoes of my clients and gaining my own life lessons along the way. Helping people relocate into the area and introducing them to this amazing suburb is so rewarding! Susan raised her 2 daughters now 21 and 24 in Naperville and takes advantage of all that Naperville has to offer including dining at her favorite restaurants including Santa Cielo and Wild Tuna of South Naperville, shopping at Anthropology, London Sky and Glam and Glitz boutique and taking long walks on the Springbrook Prairie Paths with her puppy Ozzy. In the summer Susan looks forward to attending a Raw Vegan retreat in California where she can recharge her battery for another wonderful year to come with friends, family and clients!
