Trust is earned. If you read through Thomas' endorsements, you'll see he's been found to be 100% trustworthy. He always says, "honesty is first and foremost, without that you have nothing when it comes to having a Real Estate agent advisor". That means he is just as likely to talk you out of a purchase as he is to encourage you to move forward. He does that through questions, humor (possibly at the expense of the property under consideration), pointing out defects in the property, asking more questions, dealing with possible issues and fixes. And, ultimately, even if the property is not perfect, but you have a path forward to make it what you want it to be, then and only then will he ask if you want to move forward. He never shoe horns anyone into any property. But if the shoe fits, he'll encourage you to wear it. What more could you ask for? And if there is something, be sure to tell him because he sincerely wants to know and meet your unique needs.
