I was able to meet with Trevor on site within a couple of hours of getting his contact info. His advice on what needed to be done and pricing was spot on. Showings, contract, closing all super smooth. Wish I had more stuff to sell. We’ll, not really. But he was excellent.

Trevor provided services even after tenant was in place. We are not in Illinois and depended on Trevor to locate contractors to maintain and improve condo and to oversee the work. He seemed tireless in his efforts to please both landlord and tenant. Great person to know and work with.
