Native of Thailand, Urai came to Chicago to pursue her education in 1979. She successfully completed the MBA program at Roosevelt University, specializing in Marketing. Urai puts that knowledge to work and help her clients sell and buy in a challenging environment. Prior to real estate, Urai used her degree to create a successful worldwide jewelry import/export business. As Urai saw the real estate market in Chicago stating to explode, she purchased a commercial property to complement her residential real estate. She is a savvy investor, and understands the concept of leveraging equity to purchase additional investment properties. Urai has spent the last 25 years of her life working hard, and working smart! She shares her dedication, creativity and resourcefulness with her clients to help them achieve their real estate goals.
