Fun facts: I started in the world of Real Estate at the young age of 15!

Victoria Suthers, a lifelong resident of Kildeer/Lake Zurich, IL, has called Lake in the Hills home since 2001. With a real estate career spanning nearly four decades, she has built deep client relationships and gained extensive expertise in the industry. She earned her Real Estate License in 1992, followed by her Managing Broker’s License in 2000. Victoria’s journey in real estate began at just 15 years old. From an early age, she knew this was the path God intended for her, and she has followed it with unwavering passion ever since. Over the years, she has worked alongside some of the most respected names in the local real estate community, earning a reputation for exceptional service, dedication, and integrity. Her business is firmly rooted in the values of hustle, heart, and faith. From 2000 to 2020, Victoria played a key role in managing a top real estate team in McHenry County, where she gained in-depth knowledge of the local market. For 12 of those years, she specialized in foreclosures—acquiring, repairing, marketing, and selling distressed properties. Her experience working with multiple banks and handling hundreds of properties annually has given her a rare insight into market trends and the best strategies for buyers and sellers alike. In 2020, as the world faced the uncertainty of a pandemic, Victoria took a leap of faith and joined Keller Williams Success Realty. Navigating the challenges of COVID-19 while launching her own business, she successfully helped clients buy and sell homes, securing top-dollar for sellers and winning competitive multiple-offer situations for buyers. Her dedication quickly earned her a spot among the top 20% of agents in her office and a position on the Agent Leadership Committee Board of Directors, where she is now serving her third year. Recently, she was elected as the Agent Advocate, mentoring fellow agents while continuing to grow her expertise. She has also completed her Agent of Distinction training and holds designations as a Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource (SFR) and Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR). Outside of real estate, Victoria has been happily married to her husband, Don, since 1994. They share their home in Lake in the Hills with their dog, two kittens, and a lively aquarium of 12 fish. In her free time, she is passionate about empowering women through the Women Within International Community, supporting Kids In Need, riding on the back of Don’s Harley, and traveling to visit their two children, Joey and Jessica.
