Having rehabbed many homes, including his own, Vince can point out concerns and possibilities for clients considering rehabbing or remodeling a home. Vince knows which projects are relatively straightforward, which are more challenging, and which are ill-advised. Just prior to becoming licensed, Vince was an IT director, a position that honed his listening, problem-solving, management, and organizational skills. It also fully utilized his patience and persistence. Vince jumps on problems immediately and doesn’t quit working until they are solved. Today Vince uses these skills to first understand his clients’ needs, then help them reach their goals. Vince believes that in real estate, as in construction and technology, thorough preparation and correct completion of each task is the path to success. When not helping clients, Vince relaxes by spending time with his family and their Golden Retriever, Bailey. They appreciate the outdoors and enjoy camping and fishing in the summer, as well as building snowmen and sledding in the winter. A lifelong hockey player, Vince played college club and now plays year-round in a local hockey league. He’s also a big Red Sox fan.
