This strategy provides my clients with a competitive advantage and superior results. It simultaneously allows me to lower transaction costs through reduced commissions and closing cost credits. In 2024, I formed The Pareto Group with a focus on utilizing technology to create efficiencies in the real estate transaction process and a commitment to pass along those savings to my clients. I combine this strategy with systems emphasizing customer service, communication, and speed to deliver a modern approach to the buying and selling experience.
